Do you organise private birthday parties in Barcelona and Ibiza?
Yes. Milestone birthdays are one of our most frequent private briefs: villas and fincas in Ibiza, rooftops and private estates in Barcelona, and estates in Mallorca.
Can you find a private villa in Ibiza for a dinner or party?
Yes. We scout and secure villas and fincas, handle permits, neighbours and access, and design the evening around the house.
Do you sign an NDA?
Always, before the first call. Every supplier signs one before they learn the host’s name or the location.
What size of event do you produce?
From a 12-guest dinner to a 250-guest celebration. The format follows the host.
Do you handle catering, music and staff?
Yes: chefs and sommeliers, live music or DJ, lighting and scenography, waiting staff, security and transport, all under one production lead.
How far ahead should we plan?
Ideally 2 to 4 months, and earlier for Ibiza in summer. Shorter lead times are possible: ask.
