The Societat Catalana de Cirurgia Ortopèdica i Traumatologia came to us looking for something different. Not another hotel conference room. Not another generic team dinner. They wanted an experience that would bring their community together — surgeons, researchers and specialists — in a way that felt genuinely memorable.
We chose Caves Vilarnau, a historic winery in the heart of the Penedès wine region, just outside Barcelona. A space with atmosphere, heritage and the kind of quiet elegance that makes people feel like somewhere special is happening.
The programme was designed to move naturally — from focused afternoon talks to an informal cocktail dinner with live music, letting the evening build its own energy without forcing it.

Every element of the catering was chosen to keep people on their feet and in conversation — cocktails that felt celebratory without being excessive, canapés that complemented the energy of the afternoon. Food and drink as atmosphere, not just sustenance.
