A gala dinner is never just a dinner. It is the one night a company looks at itself: who it rewards, how it celebrates, what it wants people to remember. That is why every table, every cue and every reveal we build is designed down to the minute.

Nights we've built

Swipe through a few of them. Every photo opens its project.

Five things that make or break a gala.

What we lock down on paper before a single truck arrives.

01 · Arrival

The first five minutes

Welcome act, photocall and cocktail flow designed so 600 guests never queue.

02 · Room

Sightlines from every seat

Stage, screens and table plan drawn together so no table faces a pillar.

03 · Service

Dinner that fits the show

Courses timed between speeches and awards, agreed with the kitchen in the run of show.

04 · Reveal

One moment people film

A lighting, sound and content cue built for cameras and for the room.

05 · Load-out

Out before the curfew

Heritage venues and hotels have strict exits; the load-out is planned like the build.

06 · Budget

No surprises

Line-by-line budget, change control and a revision number on every update.

07 · Paperwork

Permits & safety

Venue liaison, supplier safety documents and insurance handled for you.

08 · Agencies

White-label if you need it

NDA before the first drawing, your badge on site, your client relationship.

From brief to last glass.

Gala dinners, asked & answered.

How far ahead should a gala dinner be planned?

For 300 to 600 guests we recommend starting 3 to 6 months ahead. In peak weeks (MWC, big congresses, summer on the islands) venues and technical crews book out early. Short lead times can still be planned.

Do you produce gala dinners outside Barcelona?

Yes: Madrid, Ibiza, Mallorca, Málaga, Marbella, Seville and the rest of Spain, across Europe, and in the Middle East with partner agencies.

Do you work white-label for agencies?

Yes. NDA from the first drawing, your agency badge on site and the client relationship always yours. Our AIA gala at La Llotja de Mar was produced with A Events Group.

What does gala dinner production include?

Concept and set design, technical drawings, lighting, sound and video, entertainment, catering and venue coordination, production book, show direction and load-out.

Can you design the awards ceremony too?

Yes: stage and LED design, reveal moments, nominee videos, script and run of show, presenters and show calling from control.

Do you produce galas for Asian delegations?

Yes. We regularly work with agencies bringing Asia-Pacific groups to Barcelona, with English-speaking production leads and run of show adapted to the group's protocol.

Got a date for your next gala?

Tell us the date, the city and the guest count. A production lead replies with a first approach within 48 hours.
