02Purpose of the website

www.sugarforevents.com presents the services and portfolio of Sugar for Events: event production, event architecture, stage and set design, exhibition stands, gala dinners, conferences and production partnership for agencies in Spain and abroad. The website is informative. Using it does not create a contract between you and us.

03Use of the website

By browsing this website you accept these Terms. You agree to use it lawfully and in good faith, and not to:

• attempt to access restricted areas, systems or data without authorisation, or interfere with the security or operation of the site;
• copy, scrape or reuse content for commercial purposes without our written consent;
• introduce malware or use the site to send unsolicited communications;
• submit false or third-party data through our forms.

The website is aimed at professionals and adults. If you are under 18, please do not send us personal data.

04Services, proposals and contracts

Descriptions, figures, capacities and images on this website are illustrative and refer to past projects. Every event is quoted individually. Proposals and budgets are valid for the period stated in them and depend on availability of venues, suppliers and dates.

The production of an event is governed by the specific proposal, budget and contract signed with each client or agency, which take precedence over these Terms. Payment terms, cancellation policy, insurance and liability for each project are set out in those documents.

05Portfolio, clients and partners

Projects shown in our portfolio are published with the authorisation of the client or agency involved, or as permitted by our agreements with them. Client names, brands and logos belong to their respective owners. Mentions of partner agencies and suppliers do not imply that they endorse this website.

If you are a client, partner or person appearing in our content and want any material reviewed or removed, write to us and we will act promptly.

06Intellectual and industrial property

All content on this website — texts, photographs, videos, renders, technical drawings, layouts, graphic design, source code, the Sugar for Events name and logo — belongs to SUGAR ARCH, S.L. or is used with the authorisation of its owners, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.

You may view the content and share links to it. Any reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, requires our prior written consent. Concepts, designs and drawings included in proposals remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This website may link to third-party sites (social networks, venues, partners). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Linking to our website is allowed as long as it does not suggest a relationship that does not exist or damage our reputation.
