The brief was everything a brief should be: take a senior leadership team to Ibiza and give them an evening they will never forget. No agenda. No presentations. Just a private villa, the Mediterranean at dusk, and the kind of freedom that only comes when work is genuinely left behind.
We secured an exceptional private villa in Ibiza — a space with panoramic sea views, a pool terrace that catches the last of the sun, and the exclusivity that senior executives rarely get to experience together. The kind of venue that changes the energy of a group the moment they arrive.
The evening moved at its own pace — arrival drinks as the sun dropped over the Mediterranean, a curated dinner on the terrace, live music and dancing well into the night. Produced end-to-end by Sugar, invisible in execution and unforgettable in result.
Arrival & welcome drinks
