The project
Amway came to us with a challenge familiar to any global brand running an international conference: how do you create a stage environment that feels genuinely inspiring to an audience of thousands, rather than just functional? The brief called for a main stage that communicated the brand's energy, ambition and human warmth from the first moment the lights came up.
We developed the full concept from initial sketch to Vray-rendered production files. The design focused on creating strong visual architecture around the stage — bold structural geometry, layered lighting zones and a scenic language that read clearly both up close and from the back of a large conference hall.
Multiple render iterations refined the proportions, materiality and lighting until every element felt intentional. The result was a concept delivered production-ready — a stage that felt less like a conference set and more like a world-class event.
Design process
Every stage concept starts with the same question: what should this brand feel like the moment the lights come up? We develop the answer through iteration — sketch, 3D model, Vray render, refine — until the space speaks for itself before anyone takes the microphone.

Sugar's stage concept transformed how we approached our international conference. The design gave our keynote moments a visual power we hadn't had before. Our delegates noticed immediately — and that's exactly the point.
