> Sugar for Events is an event production and design studio based in Barcelona, Spain. It designs and technically produces corporate events, gala dinners, conventions, product launches, incentives and exhibition stands across Spain — directly for brands or white-label for international event agencies, DMCs and incentive houses. Core specialism: event architecture (stage design, set design and scenography, AV and show design, and the technical drawing set: plans, sections, rigging, power, LED pixel maps and audio).

- Six steps: brief & site survey → concept & 3D → technical architecture (plans, sections, rigging, power, LED, audio) → production book (schedule, call sheet, run of show) → build & show direction → strike & debrief.
- Drawing set: A-01 plan & seating · A-02 elevations & sections · A-03 stage & scenery details · T-01 rigging & loads · T-02 power & cabling · T-03 LED pixel map · T-04 lighting & audio · L-01 logistics. One revision number on every sheet.
